The Learning Resource Management Section (LRMS) serves as a key component of the Curriculum Implementation Division within the Schools Division Office (SDO) of San Juan City. It is tasked with implementing the mandates of the Department of Education's Learning Resource Management and Development System (LRMDS) framework. The LRMS plays a vital role in supporting the development, curation, and distribution of diverse and adequate learning resources to teachers and learners across both the formal Basic Education system and the Alternative Learning System.

To enhance access and utilization, the SDO San Juan has established the Learning Resource (LR) Portal—an online repository where teachers and learners can conveniently download available learning resources. This initiative supports various learning modalities, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in the teaching and learning process.

Aligned with San Juan City's vision of becoming a Smart City, the LRMS strives to maximize the use of digital platforms to centralize and streamline resource access.
